2. Video Meeting
If you would like to meet one-on-one with one of our staff, we will schedule a brief video call to learn about a patient's life, interests, and preferences for the book.
3. Send Us Your Photos
After ordering a Memory Book, our team will be in active communication to guide you through the process of emailing us your loved one's photos.
4. Hand Delivery
We personally deliver the finished Memory Book along with a how-to-use flyer.
